The 2^nd Annual Taste of West Reading dinner event will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2007 beginning at 6:00PM in the 3^rd Floor of the Designer Place Building at the VF Outlet (enter at the 7^th & Reading Avenues entrance to the Designer Place building).  The dedicated elevator will take you to the 3^rd Floor event area.

Our cocktail hour will feature Zyr 5 Star Vodka imported from Russia and mixed to order in martinis.  The newly imported Castle of Dracula marsecco red wine will be served along with our own Legacy Brewing varieties and Reading Premium Beer.  Soft drinks and bottled water will also be available.

Light hors D’Oeuvres will be passed while guest are entertained by the DJ music of Justin Bortz. 

During cocktails guests can view and bid on the myriad of gifts, products and certificates for services generously donated to our silent auction by West Reading businesses and beyond.

Dinner will begin at 7:00PM with delicious “tastes” of the menus and specialties from eleven West Reading food establishments.  Each establishment will man their own station with representatives of each business on site to explain their signature foods and serve guests.

While dining, guests will be treated with a roving fashion show featuring the latest in clothing and accessories from West Reading shops and boutiques.  Models will explain their wares while simultaneously offering close-up views of the packages that will be available for bid at the live auction.

Our professional Auctioneer will begin the live auction for the packages as the dinner hour draws toward its end.  Door prize and raffle winners will be announced when the live auction has been completed.
