make 4 stops in each direction along Penn Avenue in the Borough.
WESTBOUND at 2nd and Penn, mid 300
block, 5th and Penn and mid 600 block.
EASTBOUND at 8th and Penn, 6th and Penn, 4th
and Penn and mid 200 block.
