We will
be creating a Peace Mandala on the sidewalk in front of YOGA
INLET for the purpose of enjoining our community members in
their personal and community commitment of Peace and
Harmony. A mandala is a concentric circular design with deep
spiritual significance. Our mandala will be made of colored
sand. Partipants will take turns adding shapes, designs and
their loving personal touches to the mandala until it is
finished. Once the sand mandala is completed it will be
swept up (symbolizing the transitory nature of the universe)
with a beautiful ceremony. Small bags of the prayer infused
sand will be given to participants with instructions on how
to offer it to the earth accompanied by a personal wish or
